摘要
采用DSC法测试Ti49.8Ni50.2合金不同退火工艺处理后的热流温度曲线,研究相变温度和热焓,测试退火处理后合金的显微硬度。结果表明:48%冷加工变形量合金在冷却至液氮温度和加热过程中无相变发生,退火温度低于550℃时,发生A→R→M两阶段相变,退火温度达600℃,R相变消失。退火温度升高、位错密度下降和晶粒长大是影响合金相变的主要原因。
The hot flow temperature curves of Ti49.8Ni50.2 alloy at different annealing treatment were measured by DSC, and its phase transformation, enthalpies and microhardness were also studied. The results show that no transformation occurs during coolling the alloy with 48% cold deformation to liquid nitrogen temperature. When the annealing temperature is below 550 ℃, the transformation of two stages (A→R→M) occurs. R phase transformation disappears when the annealing temperature rises to 600 ℃. The increase of annealing temperature, the decrease of dislocation density and the grain growth are suggested to be the main factors which affect the transformation.
