摘要
村委会选举是村民自治的重要内容,但与村委会选举制度相关的行动者不仅包括村民,还包括基层政府和候选人。各方对村委会选举持有复杂多样的心理,包括支持、畏难、担心、无奈、功利、冷漠、实现自我价值以及追逐权力等。分析各方的心理有助于全面认识村委会选举的现状,有助于完善村委会选举制度。
The election of the Village Committee is an important content in the villager＇s self- governance, but the partic- ipants concerned are not only villagers themselves, but also local government, candidates, and the committee of CPC in rural area included. The analysis of their psychological thinking is beneficial to understanding the present situation of the election of the Village Committee, also helps us improve the election system itself.
