摘要
目的:分析8种老鹳草属植物遗传多样性和亲缘关系。方法:利用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术分析遗传多样性,UPGMA类平均法聚类分析。结果:筛选出的11个随机引物供试材料DNA随机扩增,共得到145条带。其中多态性条带114条,多态性为78.62%。经聚类分析,可将供试材料分为3类,与传统分类方法差异不大。结论:RAPD技术用于老鹳草属的遗传多样性和分类研究是可行的。
Objective : To analyze the genetic diversity and affinity relationships among 8 species of Geranium. Methods : Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique was used to analyze genetic diversity, and the dendrogram was constructed by UPGMA. Results : Eleven RAPD primers were elected for the random amplification. A total of 145 DNA bands were detected, 114 among which were polymorphic, the average rate of polymorphic bands was 78.62%. The result of cluster analysis by using UPGMA method showed that 8 genotypes could be classified into three types. This outcome was corresponding to the traditional classification. Conclusion: It is concluded that RAPD markers can be used on the studies of geneic relationships and classification of species of Gernium sensitively.
