摘要
提出一种适合于FMS全线智能化状态监测与故障诊断的总体框架及具体实施策略,包括FMS设备故障机理分析、监测策略、监测诊断系统总体结构、信号拾取、状态表述与分类、故障智能化识别、综合决策与离线精密诊断。以长春55研究所FMES为例进行了分析研究,实验表明方法良好可靠。
The general framework and specific realizing tactics for the system of intelligent condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in FMS is put forward in this paper.It includes analysis of fault theory for FMS equipment, monitoring method,general frame,signal collection,condition classification,fault intelligent discernment,comprehensive decision and accurate diagnosis in monitoring and diagnosing system.
