摘要
螺杆泵作为一种新型的机械举升工艺,具有节能、投资少、管理方便等诸多优点,但螺杆泵由于其定子橡胶耐温的局限性,不适用于井底温度高蒸汽吞吐开发的油井。针对这一问题,开展了耐高温橡胶螺杆泵的研究与试验。在曙1-39-036井注汽结束后直接采用PCM螺杆泵生产,获得阶段性成功。试验证明,该种耐高温橡胶具有良好的耐温性能,可以在温度较高的稠油油井中使用,大大拓宽了螺杆泵在稠油开采上的应用范围。
Screw pump as a new mechanical lifting process is energy saving,low cost and easy to operate,but because of the limitation of temperature resistance of rubber stator,it is unfit for huff and puff wells with high bottom hole temperature.Therefore,the research and experiment of high temperature resistance rubber screw pump have been conducted.PCM screw pump was used immediately after steam injection in Well Shu 1-39-036 and achieved initial success.The experiment demonstrates that this high temperature resistance rubber can be used in high temperature heavy oil wells,thus widened the application range of screw pump in heavy oil recovery.
