不当焊接引起的奥氏体不锈钢结构应力腐蚀破裂事例 被引量:6

摘要 针对某厂一套316L设备多次沿焊接热影响区(HAZ)发生的断裂事故,进行失效分析,认为该设备的断裂属于SCC,焊接接头的质量差是造成断裂的根本原因,并提出了提高焊接质量,防止SCC的办法. 316L stainless steel is a kind of material with good corrosion resistance, but its properties of anti SCC are considerably affected by assembling quality, especially by welding quality. The failure on the heat affected zone (HAZ) in a 316L stainless steel welding structure is analysed in the present paper. The results show that the failure is caused by SCC, and the bad welding quality is the basic reason. The way to improve the welding quality and prevent SCC is presented.
