摘要
通过对图书馆人才的概念及其内涵的阐述,分析了高校图书馆发展对人才资源的素质要求及高校图书馆队伍现状,提出了人才资源开发和利用的有效措施。
This paper analyzes the quality requirements for talents and the current situation of personnel construction in college libraries and puts forward the effective measures for developing and utilizing talent resources by discussing the concept and connotation of talents in college libraries.
