摘要
系统总结了上钢系统近年来各主要产品的基本生产情况，分析了产品结构调整的主要制约因素和调整的有利条件，并提出了战略对策与具体措施。
The basic production situation of main products during resent years in Shanghai Metallurgical Holding (Group) Company was summarized systematically. The major restraining factors oh the teadjusting of products structure as well as some beneficial conditions were analyzed,some strategies and detailed measurement were put out.
