摘要
通过相移技术获取调制度值的调制度三维测量法,不可避免地存在相移误差,从而降低测量精度。简述了调制度测量原理,分析了相移误差对调制度的影响,提出利用图像灰度值进行相移误差分析并进行误差补偿,以提高测量精度。实验以一平面石膏为测量对象,根据测量结果,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性,对采用相移技术的三维测量法具有重要的意义。
Phase shift error is inevitable in the course of getting modulation value of 3-D measurement with phase shifting technology, and then decreases measurement precision. In this paper, we describe principles of modulation measurement and analyze the effects of the phase shift error to modulation and put forward a way of analyzing it by taking advantage of image gray and compensate for the phase shift error in order to improve measurement precision. Experimental results show the method correctness and validity through having an experiment on testing a gypsum plane. The way is significant for the 3-D measurement with phase shifting technology.
