摘要
校务公开将高校享有的公共权力置于群众的监督之下,使广大教职工真正地享有民主管理、民主监督的权力。从新公共管理理论的视角对高校校务公开工作进行重新审视,提出新时期高校校务公开需要建立制度体系、分层体系、互动体系和监督体系体系。
University affairs＇being open to the public keeps the public power a university has under the supervision of the masses, and allows the teaching staff to genuinely share the power of democratic management and democratic supervision. This article reexamines the work of university affairs＇ being open to the public from the point of view of the new public management theory and proposes that we should establish the systems of regulations, levels, interaction and supervision in university affairs＇ being open to the public in the new period.
