摘要
采用不完全双列杂交(NCⅡ)设计,对3个不育系×4个筒叶恢复系组配的12个杂交F1代的剑叶长,剑叶卷曲度,剑叶叶基角,倒2、3叶的叶长、卷曲度、叶基角,株高,穗长,结实率,着粒密度,包颈长,千粒重,单株产量等16个性状进行了测定,分析了组合和亲本的配合力。结果表明:所考查的农艺性状在参试组合间均达极显著差异;不同恢复系同一性状GCA的效应和同一性状不同恢复系GCA的效应有较大差异;同一组合不同性状间及不同组合的同一性状间的SCA相对效应值均表现出较大差异,表明各组合非加性效应具多样性;所配组合的竞争优势大小与亲本一般配合力效应、组合特殊配合力效应之间均存在极显著的正相关。与亲本一般配合力之间的相关系数r=0.6735**,与组合特殊配合力之间的相关系数r=0.7912**。
The combining ability of 3 CMS lines,4 restorer lines and 12 combionations was analyzed by using the incomplete diallel crossing design( NC Ⅱ ) and measuring length,rolling degree and basal angle of flag leaf, last second and third leaf,plant height,spike length,setting rate, grain density,length of unemergent panicle, 1000-grain weight and yield per plant. The results showed that there were very significant difference in all measured agronomic characters between 12 combinations ,there was obvious difference in GCA between the same character of different restorer lines and different restorer lines of the same character and there was obvious difference in relative value of SCA between dif- ferent characters of the same combination or the same characters of different combinations. Therefore, the non-additive effect of different com- binations was of diversity and there was a very significant positive correlation between the competitive advantage of the combinations and GCA of perants, SCA of the combinations. The correlation coefficient with generational combining ability (GCA) of parents was r = 0. 6735 * * and the correlation coefficient with special combining ability of combinations was r = 0. 7912 * *
