杂交早粳稻米品质在四个生态点的变化 被引量:2

Quality variation of early Japonica hybrid rice from four ecological sites

摘要 为揭示杂交早粳稻米品质对湖南和安徽早稻生态环境条件的响应,研究了3个杂交早粳稻组合在不同纬度(不同海拔)4个生态点的11个稻米品质性状的变化。结果表明,杂交早粳稻米的不同品质性状变异幅度在不同生态点存在一定差异。其中,糊化温度、碱消值、垩白粒率、垩白面积、垩白度的变异较大,各组合平均变异系数分别为47.76%、49.30%、41.15%、61.52%和77.65%;而糙米率、精米率、长宽比和整精米率相对稳定,各组合平均变异系数分别为5.73%、6.15%、8.65%和11.88%。聚类分析将稻米品质性状的变异系数划分为3种类型:Ⅰ敏感型,包括糊化温度、碱消值、垩白粒率、垩白面积、垩白度;Ⅱ相对稳定型,包括糙米率、精米率、整精米率、长宽比;Ⅲ中间型如胶稠度和直链淀粉含量。在云南省寻甸县由于灌浆结实时间延长稻米的品质趋优,整精米率明显提高,垩白粒率、垩白度变小。较相似生态条件下的早籼稻,杂交早粳稻整精米率高15%以上。这些结果对于杂交早粳稻在长江中下游地区作早稻种植提供了依据。 The variation of 11 quality traits from three early Japonica hybrid rice combinations, at 4 different ecological sites with different lati-tude and altitude, was studied in order to investigate the early Indica rice environment' s influence on the quality of Japonica hybrid rice. Results showed that there existed a great difference in variation from 4 sites among the quality traits. The traits such as gelatinization temperature,alkali spreading value;chalky rice percentage,chalky area,chalkiness had a great variation with an average of 47.76 % ,49.30 % ,41. 15 % ,61.52 % and 77.65 % ,respectively;the brown rice rate,milled rice rate,length to width and head rice rate were relatively stable with an average variation at 5.73 % ,6.15 % , 8.65 % and 11.88 %, respectively. By clustering analysis of variation coefficients, the grain quality traits could be divided into three groups. Ecological sensitive type, group I, inclusion of gelatinization temperature, alkali spreading value; chalky rice percentage, chalky area, chalkiness. Ecological insensitive type, group Ⅱ, inclusion of brown rice rate, milled rice rate, head rice rate and length to width, which was not sensitive to the change of ecological conditions. Intermediate type, group Ⅲ,inclusion of gel consistency and amylase content. In Xundian county of Yunnan Province, the head rice ratio increased, the chalky rice percentage and chalkiness decreased with the duration elongation for grain filling. The head rice rate of early japonica hybrid rice could be 15 % higher than the early Iu-dica rice in the similar situation. These results provided some basic view for the development of early Japonica hybrid rice in the replace of the poor quality early Indiea rice in the middle and down regions along Yangze Valley.
