摘要
采用PHA和秋水仙素体内注射,取鱼的肾细胞对唇鲮的染色体进行研究。结果表明,唇鲮染色体数目2n=50,其中有4对中部着丝点染色体(m);5对亚中部着丝点染色体(sm);6对亚端部着丝点染色体(st)和10对端部着丝点染色体(t);其核型公式为2n=8m+10 sm+12 st+20 t,NF=68。与所属的野鲮亚科其他鱼类染色体核型比较,唇鲮是本亚科鱼类中相对原始的类型之一。
The karyotype of Semilabeo notabilis Peters was studied by examining the fish kidney cell by injected with PHA and colchicines. The results indicated that the chromosome number was 2n = 50, including 4 pairs of metaeentrics (m) ,5 pairs of submetacentrics( sm), 6 pairs of subtelocentrics(st) and 10 pairs of teloeentrics(t). The chromosome formula was 2n = 8m + 10sm + 12st + 20t, and NF = 68. Through comparing with the karyotypes of other fishes of Labeoninae,Semilabeo notabilis Peters belonged to one of the relatively primitive group in Labeoninae.
