摘要
介绍了形态标记、细胞学标记、生化标记、DNA分子标记在植物品种鉴定中的研究和应用,并讨论了各方法的优缺点。对SSR标记在植物新品种DUS测试中的应用前景作了探讨和展望。
The paper reviewed the research and application of morphological, cytological, biochemical and DNA molecular markers in identification for plant varieties, and their advantage and disadvantage were then discussed. Consideration was also given to the application of SSR molecular markers in testing new varieties of plants.
