摘要 目的:探讨插销式分体桩桩冠修复重度磨耗后牙的制作方法及临床应用效果。方法:对60颗重度磨耗后牙采用插销式分体桩桩冠进行修复,即根管预备取印模后分别制作插销式分体桩及另一部分桩冠、玻璃离子粘固,完成修复。结果:60颗修复体均固位良好,边缘密合,咀嚼功能良好,牙周健康,患者满意。结论:对于龈距过低(<3mm)的重度磨耗后牙采用插销式分体桩桩冠修复的方法,临床应用效果良好。 Objective: To Study the clinical evaluation of insertion-type separate post and post-crown restoration in molar. teeth with severe dental attrition. Methods: Using the insertion-type separate post and post-crown to restore 60 molars with severe dental attrition. After root canals were prepared, insertion-type separate post and post-crown were fabricated respectively. Finally, the two parts were cemented together, and finish the restoration. Result: All the 60 fixed restorations were found to be with good marginal fitness and well masticatory function without sign of gingiivitis and all the patients were satisfied. Conclusion: Insertion-type separate post and post-crown can well solve the fix problems of the molars with severe dental attrition, the clinical evaluation is fine.
