摘要
标准成本管理制度在企业管理中发挥着重要作用。企业在实施标准成本时,制定的标准成本应切实可行,对产生的成本差异进行认真分析,找出产生差异的真正原因并消除差异,切实提高企业的生产效率。
The standard cost management system plays an important role in the enterprise. When the enterprises implement the standard cost, it should be feasible to perform. Based on the analysis of cost difference, we find out the real cause and eliminate the difference, and effectively improve production efficiency.
