摘要
针对大学新生难以适应大学英语学习与教学的问题,笔者对196名大学新生进行了元认知培训。结果证明该项培训是解决这一问题的有效途径,并对大学英语教学提出了一些尝试性建议。
This paper makes an experimental study on meta-cognitive strategy training of 196 college new students so as to develop their English self-access learning and improve English level. It proves that meta-cognitive strategy training is an effective method to cope with above problems. Finally the author outlines some college English teaching suggestions.
