指出住宅设计应当贯彻"适用、经济、安全、美观"的建设方针和"以人为本"的指导思想,分析了住宅建筑设计中的常见问题,以更新住宅设计观念,提高住宅设计水平,设计出更适合消费者的住宅。
The paper points out the design for the residential building should conform to the construction policy of being suitable, economical, safe and attractive, and should follow the directive thought that is based on human, analyzes rome common problems in the design of the residential buildings, so as to renew the design thoughts of residential buildings, to improve the design level of residential buildings, and to have more appropriate buildings for customers.
