摘要
通过对公众参与在城市规划中的兴起以及发展状况研究,结合我国旧城更新现状和存在的问题,借鉴国外公众参与旧城更新的成功经验,阐述了当今公众参与在我国旧城更新中的必要性,并进一步提出了加强旧城更新中公众参与的建议。
Through the study of the rising and the development of the public participation in the urban planning, the paper describes the necessity of the public participation in the urban renewal in our country, by using the experience .of the public participation in the urban renewal in other countries as the reference, combined with the present situation and the existing problems of the urban renewal in our country, and puts forward the suggestion to strengthen the public participation in the urban renewal.
