摘要
采用带省水池船闸降低阀门工作水头是解决高水头船闸技术难题的一种尝试。依托乌江银盘36.5 m高水头枢纽工程提出了带两级省水池的船闸方案,整体水力学模型实验结果表明,通过合理拟定阀门开启方式和控制省水池水位变幅,将总水头降低一半左右和减少船舶每次过闸耗水量45%以上的设想是可行的,并且闸室的灌泄水时间、船舶系缆力等技术指标均满足规范和设计要求。
It is an instructive try to reduce the valve work head by applying water saving lock to overcome the high-head lock technology problem. Based on the 36.5 m high head of Yingpan Project in Wujiang River, the scheme of two-stage water-saving lock was brought forth. According to the results of the integral hydraulic experimental study, by appropriately adopting the open mode of the valve and properly controlling the water level amplitude of the saving lock, it is feasible to conceive that the total wok head can be reduced to a half and the water saving ratio would be more than 45%. In the mean time, related technical indices such as the filling and emptying time in the lock chamber and the ship mooring forces all satisfy relevant standards and design requirements.
