摘要
本研究将碱性酶用于浸灰碱过程,成功地解决了鲁西黄牛皮制做软面革粒面发紧的问题,并利用电镜和化学分析的方法从组织学方面进行了机理探讨。研究表明,浸灰碱中加入碱性酶可有效地分散胶原纤维束,同时能大大缩短浸灰碱时间,从而减少松面的发生。
By using the alkaline protease in liming process of producing luxi cattle soft leather, the authors produced a good soft leather that the grain was opened up satisfactrily. The mechanism of the histology was discussed by electron microscope and chemical analysis. The result showed that using the alkaline protease in liming process was able to loosen collagen fibres effectively and cut down the time required for liming process and reduce loose grain.
