摘要
针对现有胶囊包装过程中由于离线检测造成的效率及精度低等问题,设计了一套基于混沌电路的在线质量测量装置,并应用于胶囊包装生产线。介绍了基于混沌理论的质量测量方法,论述了其软硬件设计。应用结果表明,该方法在线测量精度可达到0.01mg,保证了药品质量,且效率高,具有较高的应用价值。
In according to solve the problem of inefficiency and low precision in capsule's packaging in the environment of off-line measuring, a on-line mass measurement device based on chaotic circuit was designed and applied in packaging line. The mass measurement method base on chaotic theory was introduced. The software and hardware design was discussed. The application indicated that the online measurement precision can be improved to 0.01mg, and the efficiency also improved greatly, and thus the method has great application value.
