摘要
介绍了由数字式直流调速装置及配套的可编程序控制器和上位计算机组成的造纸机直流调速系统的结构与控制原理特点，为国内模拟量控制的直流调速造纸机的技术改造提供参考。该系统已成功地应用于佳木斯造纸股份有限公司的牛皮挂面箱纸板纸机。
The configuration and control principle of a digital DC speed control system including a digital DC speed controller,PLC system and computerized PM speed adjuster are described.The character of the system is emphasized.This system has been running successfully in No.4 liner board machine of Jiamusi Paper Co.Ltd.and it can be a useful example for the rebuilding of the domestic paper machines with analog DC speed controller.
