摘要
目的了解生脉饮不良反应发生的情况及相关因素,探讨其一般规律及特点。方法对本院2006-2008年5月21例生脉饮不良反应报告进行分析。结果生脉饮可致消化、皮肤等系统不良反应,尤以皮肤过敏为主。结论临床人员应了解生脉饮不良反应的特点及发病机制,规范合理用药,避免或减少药品不良反应的发生。
Objective To analyze the factors of ADR caused by shengmaiyin and the prevention and cure measures so as to offer basis for the clinic in the rational use of drugs. Method ADR casesed by shengmaiyin of all Peking Universityhaerbin Hospital inpationts reported form 2006 to 2008 were analyzed retraspectively. Result shengmaiyin could induce the dermatology system reaction. Conclusion Clinicians should know the characteristics of adverse reactions induced byshengmaiyin so as to apply it rationally.
