摘要
我们对12例胃大部分切除术后食管癌，施行食管癌切除，食管残胃吻合术。术后进食情况良好。并着重对残胃血供及残胃能否提至胸内足够高度与食管吻合等进行讨论。作者指出此术式简单、并发症少、术后保留残胃消化功能及改善生活质量。
12 patients with esophageal cancer of post-subtotal gastrectomy underwent resction ofesophageal cancer and esophogogastrectomy. All cases could swallow the food very well postoperatively.some problems are discussed in this paper about the blood supply of the remaining stomach and whetherthe remaining stomach could be brought up into appropriate high place in chest cavity and be underwentanastomosis with esophagus. The auther points out this method is simple, develops less postoperativecomplications, keeps peptic function of the remaining stomach and improves quality of life.
