摘要
利用焦炉烟道废气余热,在焦炉废气烟囱底部增加一台换热器,把地下冷水加热到70℃,用于职工洗浴。论述了换热器的计算、结构设计、施工安装,改造后的洗浴热水供应流程及经济效益。
The residual heat from flue gas of coke oven is utilized by installing a heat exchanger at the bottom of chimney of coke oven. The underground cold water is heated to 70℃, and it is used for employee bath. The calculation, structural design and construction installation of the heat exchanger as well as the technological process and economic benefit of bath hot water supply after the reconstruction are described.
