摘要
Bounous等采用向肠腔内注射胰蛋白酶抑制剂，或预先结扎胰管，能减轻因为出血性休克所引起的肠黏膜损伤，表明胰蛋白酶在肠黏膜的损伤中起着重要的作用。肠梗阻时，常常伴有不同程度的肠黏膜病变。我们设想用奥曲肽抑制蛋白酶的分泌，减少消化液的分泌，减轻肠梗阻时肠黏膜的损伤。
