摘要 目的探讨16层螺旋CT头颈联合CTA最佳扫描技术方法。方法使用16层螺旋CT对31例头颈联合CTA成像,选用两种参数进行扫描:A组15例患者选用螺距为1、120mAs,扫描方向自主动脉弓至颅顶;B组16例患者选用螺距1.35、160mAs,扫描方向自颅顶至主动脉弓,其他参数相同。评估两种方法重建的血管像和血管的强化值。结果B组重建的图像优于A组,检测点颈动脉起始段,大脑中动脉强化值B组高于A组,直窦强化值B组低于A组。结论16层螺旋CT联合CTA成像时,采用螺距1.35,160mAs改变扫描方向的方法,可重建出更优质的血管图像。 Objective To investigate the scanning technique of computed tomography angiography(CTA) of intracranial and cervical arteries in 16-slice spiral CT. Methods The study included 31 patients. The scaning with 16-slice spiral CT CT was performed for 15 patients with the technique of A, which pitch: 1, 120mAs from aortic arch to cerebral top; And 16 patients with the technique of B which pitch: 1.35, 160mAs from cerebral top to aortic arch. We assess image quality and the enhancement of monitor spots(internal carotid artery, middle cerebral artery and straight sinuses). Results Compared the technique, To assess of image and enhance monitor spot of internal carotid artery and middle cerebral artery were well with A than B; A was little than B in enhance of straight sinuses. Conclusion Adopt scanning paremeter of pitch was 1.35, 160mAs and scanning direction with 16-slice spiral CT acquire very quality images.
