摘要
目的研制可供个人在野外随身携带为应急使用的个人净水器及其前置处理系统。方法用Autocad计算机制图软件绘制工程图,到模具工厂打模;用净水消毒复合介质作净水器主体管的填充介质,果壳类活性炭作前置处理系统的填充介质。结果生产个人净水器及其前置处理系统,净水效果杀菌率达到99.9%,杀灭大肠杆菌噬菌体f2达99.999%,剩余浊度<5度,不但能杀灭细菌和病毒,还可以除去部分重金属毒物和致癌物质、农药以及水中色、嗅、味,滤过水无致突变性,吸附亚硝酸盐最高滤过率为60%。结论该个人净水器及其前置处理系统可供野外随身携带应急使用。
[Objective] To develop personal water purification system and preprocess system that can be used outdoors in emergency.[Methods] Engineering chart was protracted with Autocad; the model was made in the factory; the personal water purification system was filled with composite media of water purification and disinfection; the preprocess system was filled with active carbon of fruit husk. [Results] The sterilization rate of the personal water purification system and preprocess system was 99.9% ; it can kill 99.999% of E. coli phage 12; the remaining turbidity was less than 5 degree; it can not only kill bacteria and virus, but also remove some of the toxic heavy metals, carcinogenic substances, pesticides, color, smell and taste in water; there is no mutagenicity in the filtered water; it can absorb 60% of the nitrite.[Conclusion] This personal water purification system and preprocess system is ap- plicable for the outdoor emergency.
