摘要
以我军机械化信息化复合发展为背景，分析了信息化战场环境特点；利用系统工程方法，研究了我军未来作战及保障对战术车辆的基本能力要求，提出了战术车辆战术技术指标体系的构建思路与方法；利用层次分析的方法分解基本能力，构建了战术车辆战术技术指标体系。
Based on our army＇s mechanization and informatization development, this paper analyzes informative batflefield＇s characteristics; makes use of system engineering method to research tactical vehicle＇s basic ability request of future battle and maintenance, puts forward the idea and method for tactical vehicle tactics technique and index system＇s establishment, makes use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process to resolve the basic ability request and sets up tactics technique index system for tactical vehicle.
