摘要
基于虚拟仪器的设计思想及功能模块化的设计方法,采用PC机和数据采集卡作为硬件系统,以LabVIEW为应用程序开发平台设计了污水参数在线监测系统,该系统具有人机界面友好、功能全面、操作简便的特点,实现了污水多参数自动采集、记录、控制、管理,提高了污水排放采集、检测的自动化程度。经测试表明,系统运转正常,达到预期目标。
Based on the virtual instrument＇s design concept and the function modulation＇s design method, this paper proposed the design of LabVIEW based experiment system for sewage parameter online monitoring system, using PC machine and the data acquisition card as the hardware system. The system had the friendly man-machine contact surface, and the function was comprehensive and operated easily. The sewage multi-parameter automatic gathering, recording, control and management had been achieved,which enhanced the automation of the sewage disposal gathering and examination. Results indicated that the system worked well, and achieved the anticipated target.
