摘要
研制了由超短脉宽(20ns)激光器光源、高分辨率CCD相机及照相箱体等构成的超高速CCD正交阴影照相系统,实现了对高速或超高速运动目标的高分辨率照相测量。该系统成像清晰,分辨率高;具有较强的抗自然光、杂散光干扰能力,可在复杂环境下正常工作,适用于对高速或超高速运动目标的可视化测量。
The ultra-fast CCD orthogonal shadowgraph system consisting of ultra-short wavelength laser source, high resolution CCD camera and photo box etc. is developed, which can be applied to the measurement of fast or ultra-fast moving target. Furthermore, the system is affected little by natural light and other stray light. It can work well in complicated circumstance due to its high anti-interference ability. It is very suitable to the visual measurement of the fast or ultra-fast moving target.
