摘要
光电位敏探测器组件作为激光半主动制导系统核心部件主要用于完成光电信号之间的转换、多路电信号的低噪声前置放大以及和后级主放电路之间的阻抗匹配等功能。针对激光半主动激光制导系统的应用背景,分析和研究了光电位敏探测器组件在实用时所必需的基本性能要求,并根据激光半主动制导原理和国内外SAL用PSD组件的实际要求,按照当前系统探测器组件的性能指标,提出了改进电压响应差、信噪比低、缩短响应时间等技术问题的途径及未来的发展趋势。
As one ofthe core parts in the semi-active-laser guidance system,the photoeletric position sensitive detectors can complete many functions such as photoelectric signal conversion, low noise preamplifting of multiplex-electricity signal and their impedance matches of latter amplifier circuit. The basic technical capabilities of photoeletric position sensitive detectors in the applications of the semi-active-laser guidance system were analyzed. According to the principle of semi-active-laser guidance and the demands of photoeletric position sensitive detectors at home and abroad, the methods how to improve the voltage response difference, reduce the SNR and shorten the response time,etc were proposed with the present performance index. At last, the trend of development was analyzed.
