摘要
高职院校开展文化素质教育工作,必须有一支稳定的文化素质教育师资队伍。建设文化素质教育师资库,要充分挖掘校内师资力量,广泛聘请校外兼职教师,同时积极建设虚拟师资库。
Higher vocational institute should have a stable group of teachers for essential - qualities - oriented education. The teacher group of essential - qualities - oriented education should consists of teachers inside an institute, the local fames figures on culture, any person with some good features, the experts in the enterprise and the person who gives digital lecture.
