摘要
当前常用的计算城区河道设计洪峰流量的公式主要有水利部门的推理公式和市政部门的雨水流量计算公式,但城区的产汇流条件和设计标准与上述两公式的假设条件均不相适应。通过分析现代城区的产汇流特征,提出了城区排洪河道设计洪峰流量计算方法的推导方式。在一定假设条件下,将城区排洪河道洪峰流量由管渠流量和坡面汇流量组成,按实际规律对上述两公式进行调整。最后并通过彭州市城区内某排洪河道实例计算,验证了推导公式的合理性。
At present, the design peak flow in urban channels is generally calculated with the rational formula from water conservancy authority and the formula for stormwater flow calculation from municipal authority, but the runoff and afflux characteristics and design standards in the urban area do not fit the conditions assumed for either of the formulae. Based on the said characteristics in modern urban areas, a rational formulae is hereby proposed, in which, the peak flow in the urban flood-relief channel is composed of the channel flow and slope runoff under some assumed condition. The said two formulae are adjusted to the practical situation, and their rationality is verified through calculation of a flood-relief channel in theurban area of Pengzhou.
