摘要 目的:探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)和基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达和临床意义。方法:采用Eliviion免疫组织化学方法检测54例卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织石蜡块标本中OPN和MMP-3的表达,其中恶性34例,交界性10例,良性10例;并将OPN、MMP-3在卵巢恶性浆液性肿瘤中的表达与其临床病理的关系进行分析。结果:①OPN、MMP-3在卵巢良性、交界性和恶性浆液性肿瘤中的阳性表达率逐渐增高(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);②OPN、MMP-3在卵巢恶性浆液性肿瘤中的阳性表达率:组织学2、3级高于1级(P〈0.05);手术分期:晚期(Ⅲ-Ⅳ期)高于早期(I-Ⅱ期)(P〈0.05);而在其他临床病理的分组间表达差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。③OPN与MMP-3在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.5729,P〈0.01)。结论:OPN、MMP-3与卵巢恶性浆液性肿瘤的发生、发展有关,二者可能共同促进了、卵巢恶性浆液性肿瘤的浸润、转移。 Objective:To study the expressions of osteopontin(OPN) and matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3)in ovarian serous tumor and their elinicopathologic significance. Methods: Using Eliviion immunohistoehemistry techniques, we measured the expressions of OPN and MMP-3 in 54 ovarian serous tumors including 34 primary serous cystadenocarcinoma of the ovary, 10 borderline serous cystadenoma and 10 serous cystadenoma,then we analyzed retrospectively the relations between their expressions in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma and its clinicopathologie factors. Results:①The expression of OPN and MMP-3 in benign, borderline, malignant ovarian serous tumors increased gradually(P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0. 01 ).②The positive rates of their expression in histological grade 2 and 3 were higher than that of grade 1 (P 〈 0.05 ) ,and that of FIGO stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ was higher than that of stage I-Ⅱ(P〈0.05 ). There was no statistical difference between their expressions in the groups of other elinicopathologic factors (P 〉 0. 05).③The expression of OPN was positively correlated with MMP-3 expression (r = 0. 5729, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:The expression of OPN and MMP-3 is common in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma and is significantly correlated with histological grade,FICO stage,and the expression of OPN is correlated with MMP-3 expression closely,which indicates that they might participate in the infiltrating and metastasis of the carcinoma.
