摘要
学术界对于当代中国外交的根本转型与分期问题存在一些分歧。本文从外交政策分析理论的视角出发,就外交政策的根本转型提出了三大标准,并将其用于研究当代中国外交。由此得出的结论与多数学者的观点基本一致,那就是当代中国外交经历了三大根本转型,可划分为四个阶段。文章最后对当前中国外交的新发展及可能的未来走向也作了简要探讨。
No consensus has been achieved among scholars on the questions concerning the fundamental reorientation and periodization of China's contemporary diplomacy.From the perspective of foreign policy analytical theory,this paper proposes three criteria for the delineating of fundamental reorientation in foreign policy and applies them to the examination of China's contemporary diplomatic history.The conclusion derived from this study is basically in accordance with the views of the majority of scholars in this area,that is,China's contemporary diplomatic history has experienced three fundamental reorientations and can be divided into four periods.The final part of the article also briefly discusses the recent developments in China's diplomacy and its possible trend in the coming years.
