摘要
目的:观察安普贴薄膜预防及治疗中心静脉导管留置相关性静脉炎的效果。方法:将56例留置中心静脉导管的肿瘤患者,随机分成两组,即观察组26例和对照组30例。两组患者都在置管结束后用三M透明敷料固定中心静脉导管,24小时后观察组改用安普贴薄膜固定中心静脉导管,对照组继续更换三M透明敷料固定中心静脉导管。两组病例的换药方法、消毒范围均遵照中心静脉导管维护常规进行。两组观察时间均为自穿刺日后3周,观察两组病例的中心静脉导管留置相关性静脉炎发生情况。结果:观察组无中心静脉导管留置相关性静脉炎的发生,对照组发生6例中心静脉导管留置相关性静脉炎,均用安普贴薄膜外贴后痊愈。结论:安普贴薄膜能预防并治疗中心静脉导管置管后相关性静脉炎。
Objective： the efficacy of Anpu sticks film in taking precautions against and curing lienable correlativity of centre ductus venosus phlebitis. Methods： 56 example of center ductus venosus＇s tumor patients were divided into two groups randomly, namely 26 examples of observation group and 30 examples of control group. Two groups of patients use three transparent M dressing to fix centre ductus venosus after a tube being place, 24 hours later, the observation group switched to Anpu to fix centre ductus venosus, the control group continued changing fixed centers of three transparent M dressing ductus venosus. The two groups＇s redressing and disinfecting are in obedience to centre ductus venosus. Conditions in the phlebitis lienable correlativity of centre ductus venosus are being observed three weeks after the puncture. Results： No occurrence of the lienable correlativity of centerless ductus venosus in the observation group, 6 examples of lienable correlativity of centres ductus venosus phlebitis have been cured after the application of Anpu. Conclusion： Anpu can take precautions against and cure correlativity phlebitis after ductus venosus being placed.
