摘要
目的评价超声实时引导下进行乳腺肿块穿刺活检术的临床价值。方法对51例临床及超声诊断的乳腺肿块,在超声实时引导下进行穿刺活检术,采用美国Bard自动活检枪及16G粗针活检,组织条均做病理诊断。结果穿刺活检取材成功率为100%,超声诊断准确率为88.89%,51例均无并发症发生。结论超声实时引导下乳腺肿块穿刺活检术是一种安全简单、临床实用、取材成功率高的检查方法,能对乳腺肿瘤的治疗提供取材满意的病理学诊断。
Objective To assess clinical val ue of real-time ultrasound-guided biopsy on breast mass . Methods Real-time ultrasound-guided biopsy with Bard automatic biopsy gun and 16G needle was performed on 51 cases both clinically and ultrasounagrafically diagnosed breast tumor to establish pathological diagnosis. Results Success rate of biopsy was 100%, the accuracy rate of uhrasounagrafy was 88.89%, no complications occurred. Conclusions Real-time ultrasound-guided biopsy on breast mass was a safe, simple and practical examination with high success rate,which can estabhsh pathological diagnosis preoperatively.
