摘要
本文用三氯稀土作为水杨酸和乙酸酐的酯化反应催化剂,成功地合成了乙酰水杨酸,考察了影响反应的因素,探讨并找到了较佳的反应条件:水杨酸与乙酸酐摩尔比1:2.0;三氯化铕作催化剂;反应时间为40min;反应温度85~90℃;产率可达88%以上。
Acetylsalicylic acid was synthesized with salicylic acid and acetic anhydride as reactants, rare earth trichloride as catalyst. The influence of factor was discussed. The appropriate conditions were detenmined to be: molar ratio of salicylic acid and acetic anhydride: 1 : 2.0, catalyst: EuCl3, reaction time: 40 minutes, reaction temperature: 85 ℃ - 90 ℃, the yield can be over 88 %.
