摘要
对于泵和风机类驱动系统,在低速运行时不需要提供全额转矩。通过励磁优化控制可以降低电动机能耗,减少电能浪费。励磁优化控制是通过对电动机励磁电流的控制来确定变频器的输出电压,从而尽可能地使电动机的效率能够达到最高值。通过理论分析和实验测试,论述了一个4 kW变频调速系统通过励磁优化控制使得电动机的运行效率,较之原来基本的V/f控制有了明显的提高。
As the application is a fan or a pump, full torque is not required at low speed. Engergy loss of motor is suppressed by optimum excitation control. Optimum excitation control is a control method that controls the excitation current of the motor and determines the output voltage of the inverter so that the motor efficiency is the maximum possible. The results showed that the efficiency of a 4 kW inverter drive system can be improved, compared to the conventional V/f control method, by using optimum excitation control.
