摘要
为适应便携式和小型化发展的需要,设计了一款管长119.773mm的静电聚焦式条纹变像管,模拟了2000个阴极出射光电子在该管内电场中运动的轨迹.根据模拟计算的结果计算和分析了该管的时间点扩展函数、空间分辨率和工作在动态情况下的时间分辨率和空间分辨率等主要技术指标参量.结果表明,该变像管时间分辨率达到2.9ps,阴极有效面积直径达到Φ15mm,且具有较大的动态范围.
With the development of being small and portable, a static-electric focused streak tube with the length of 119. 773 mm was designed. Subsequently, the trajectories of 2000 electrons propagating in this tube were figured out individually. According to these simulation results, the tubers character parameters such as temporal resolution and spatial resolution both under static and dynamic circumstances were calculated and analyzed in detail. The designed tube has a high time resolution of 2. 9 ps, an accessible cathode area with the diameter of 15mm,and a large dynamic range.
