摘要
武器系统参数优化方法往往比较复杂,而田口方法是一种基于正交实验的工程化的稳健设计方法。文中利用田口方法对弹道修正子弹的设计参数和运动参数在选定范围内进行多参数匹配,以脱靶量为输出特性值形成多组优化方案,然后对各方案进行二次优化,最终得到优化参数。优化参数和原始参数的数值仿真结果表明采用优化参数后子弹性能得到提高,说明文中方法在工程上是一种有效的方法,可为解决类似问题提供一种新的思路。
Existing methods for weaponry system parameters optimization design are usually complex. Taguchi method is an engineering robust design method based on orthogonal design. In this paper, miss distance has been defined as output characteristics and the Taguchi method is used to optimize the design parameters and initial movement conditions. By parameters mating in the range given, several optimum schemes are made. Comparing the simulation results of the orig- inal and optimum parameters shows that the performance can be enhanced and the method in this paper is an effective engineering technique. And a new way for similarity problems is given.
