摘要
中国石油西南油气田公司重庆天然气净化总厂作为全国最大的原料天然气净化企业,拥有日处理天然气2680×104m3,日产硫磺100多吨的能力。此前由于硫磺回收装置设备老化,工艺落后,SO2排放量长期超标。近年来,国家对环境保护的要求日益严格,西南油气田公司为适应新的形势,陆续在引进分厂建成SCOT尾气处理装置,在垫江分厂建成投产采用Clinsulf-SDP工艺的硫磺回收装置,在渠县分厂和忠县分厂建成采用Superclaus工艺的硫磺回收装置,在大竹分厂建成采用CBA工艺的硫磺回收装置,这些装置的投产大大提高了硫磺回收率,降低了尾气中SO的排放量。
PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gas Field Company-Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant General is the largest raw natural gas purification enterprise in China, with processing of natural gas 26.80×106m3/d and more than 100 tons of sulfur output. In the past, SO2 emissions always exceed specification requirement because of aging sulfur recovery unit equipment and backward technology. In recent years, the state's requirement to environmental protection is becoming more and more strictly, PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gas Field Company has to adapt to the new situation, it has completed build up SCOT tail gas treatment unit in Yinjin branch plant. Besides, it has build up and put into production sulfur recovery unit in Dianjiang branch plant which used Clinsulf-SDP process; as same as that in Quxian and Zhongxian branch plant which used SuperClaus process and in Dazhu branch plant which used CBA process. These devices has greatly enhanced sulfur recovery rate and reduced SO2 emission in tail gas.
