摘要
用高效液相色谱法,以Aminex HPX-87H色谱柱为分析柱,0.005mol/LH2SO4为流动相,示差折光检测器,一次进样同时测定样品中的山梨醇、乳酸及几种多元醇(C2～C4)的含量,所得结果良好,相对标准偏差在1%～3%,回收率在95%～105%。
A method for the de termination of sorbitol, polyols （C2-C4）and lactic acid by high performance liquid chromatographic with refractive index detector （HPLC-RID）was developed. The chromatography was carried out on a Aminex HPX-87H column at 65℃. The mobile phase was 0.005 mol/L sulfuric acid solution. The relative standard deviation （RSD, n=5 ）was 1%-3%, and the average recovery was in the range of 95%-105%. Separating effect for sorbitol, polyols（C2-C4）and lactic acid was good, The results were satisfactory.
