摘要
目的应用Meta分析，综合评价国内更昔洛韦治疗疱疹病毒的，瞄床疗效。方法通过各种途径查找国内大量相关资料并进行筛选总结，再采用固定效应模型和随机效应模型对选出的21个更昔洛韦治疗疱疹病毒的临床实验进行Meta分析。结果更昔洛韦治疗疱疹病毒的合并有效率是对照组的4．17倍，95％可信限为3．36～5．24。结论更昔洛韦治疗疱疹病毒有效。
OBJECTIVE Applying the method of Meta-analyse, generally evaluating the clinic therapeutics of domestic ganciclovir curing herpes simplex virus（HV）. METHODS Looking up numerous domestic materials through different kinds of ways, filtrating and summing up. Meanwhile,taking use of fixed-effect model and random effect model to analyse 21 clinic experiments of ganciclovir curing HV. RESULTS The combined effective rate of ganciclovir in treating HV is 4.17 times bigger than control group. The 95% confidence interval is 3.36 - 5.24. CONCLUSION The method of ganciclovir curing HV is effective.
