摘要 为了解决由旋翼模型风洞试验数据预估全尺寸旋翼性能的问题,开展了旋翼模型悬停性能试验数据的Re数影响及修正方法研究。采用3种旋翼的不同尺寸的模型进行了对比试验,通过试验结果的分析,研究了Re数对旋翼悬停效率的影响规律;按照旋翼理论的有关公式和定义,参考粘性流体力学的研究结果,推导了对悬停效率进行Re数效应修正的公式;利用推导的公式,对模型试验结果的悬停效率进行了修正计算和比较。对比试验结果表明,Re数较小的旋翼模型的悬停效率相对较低;修正计算结果表明,利用笔者推导的修正公式,可以对旋翼模型试验的悬停效率进行合理的Re数影响修正。 The investigation of the Reynolds number effect on the hover performance of rotor model and its correction were conducted to solve the problem of prediction of full scale rotor performance by the results of wind tunnel test of rotor model. The hovering tests of three types rotor models with different size were complet- ed, and the Reynolds number effects on the figure of merit were obtained by the analysis of test results. The equations computing the correction of Re number effects of hover efficiency were deduced from the theory of rotor and the research results of viscosity fluid mechanics. Test results of rotor hover efficiency were corrected by these equations, and the results were compared. It is shown by the comparison tests that the figure of merit of rotor models with lower Reynolds number were lower. It is shown by the calculation of correction that the results corrected by the equations were reasonable.
