摘要
企业在其生存发展过程中,难免会遇到一些突发事件或重大事故,其中危及组织利益、形象、生存的突发性或灾难性的事故与事件被称作危机。企业应对危机状态时,积极地进行危机前的公关预防、危机中的公关补救、危机后的公关活动,能使企业化险为夷,顺利地实现企业的正常运作,并使企业更加良性快速地发展。
Emergency and crisis occurred in certain circumstances in company management. Out of them, the accident and incident endangering the benefit and image of organizations, with the existent abruptness and catastrophe are called a crisis. Some of them are detrimental to the healthy running of the corporate mechanism if those are not handled properly. On the contrary, it offered a chance to exhibit the expertise and skills of the company to face serious public problems and make progress in complicated environment.
