微波萃取穿心莲中总黄酮的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用紫外分光光度法,以穿心莲中总黄酮提取量为评价指标,对穿心莲进行微波辅助处理,考察微波功率、微波作用时间、溶剂用量、穿心莲粒度、水浸泡时间等因素对穿心莲中总黄酮提取量的影响,单因素实验和正交试验表明:穿心莲中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为微波功率处于中火、微波作用时间4 min、溶剂用量固液比1︰50、穿心莲粒度为细粉、水浸泡时间60 min. In terms of the determination by the ultravoilet spectrophotometry, microwave extration of the total flavones from andrographis was studied. The effects of the microwave power, the radiation time, the ratio of solution to solid, the granularity of andrographis and the time of immersion were evaluated by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The extraction conditions of flavones from andrographis by microwave method were optimized as microwave power of the middle-fire for 4 min, 50:1 of the weight ratio of water to andrographis, and slender andrographis immersed for 60min.
