阿舍勒铜矿混凝土充填材料试验及应用

Experimentation and Application of Concrete Filling Material of Ashele Copper Mine

摘要 为掌握充填材料的力学性能以便更好地处理地下采空区、改善地区、保护环境,在综合考虑各种影响因素后进行了不同充填材料的正交试验.运用统计回归的方法分析了各因素对充填体性能的影响,得到了相关的拟合曲线和函数关系.试验结果显示:浓度为75%~77%时料浆流动性较好,形成的各配比充填体均匀性和力学性能稳定。通过一定时期的井下充填,采场顶板和上盘围岩垮落现象得到了控制,料浆管输和造浆性能好,管道磨损小,研究结果为矿山提高经济效益、社会效益及可持续发展提供了可行的技术依据. It is necessary to predominate the mechanics performance of backfill for falling empty area and controling ground press effectively, after manifold factors considered synthetically a series of orthogonal tests were conducted,then made utilization of statistic regress method analysed apiece effect factors to backfill's mechanics property and correlative function relations were gave,shich could offer some gists for choice of backfill material and fdling work in mine. The slurry have better performance of fluidless while it's concentration in range of 75-77%, the backfill's performance of uniformity and mechanics were also jarless. After a period of stope filling the phenomenon of stope roof and rock mass falling were controlled,the performance of pipeline transport and slurry make were better and pipeline's abrasion was less. The research results could offer some feasible technique gists for improve economy & society benefits and sustainable development of mine. 7figs., 9refs.
